Gruen Gruen + Associates (GG+A) is a research-oriented consulting firm specializing in urban economics, market research, land use policy, real estate pre-development services, and litigation support. We are currently seeking a part-time Research Assistant based in the Denver area, with the potential for it to transition to a full-time role if desired. These tasks will typically relate to housing and economic development strategies, real estate development or redevelopment projects, land use plans, public policy, and public finance issues.
Preferred candidates will have training in economics, finance, urban geography, or real estate research. The role demands strong analytical skills, effective verbal communication, and proficient writing abilities. You should also be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word on a frequent basis. Familiarity with software including ArcGIS, Adobe InDesign, SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics, and Argus would be advantageous.
