“The court overseers have been extremely successful in negotiating for and obtaining necessary agreements and approvals vital to the project, including but not limited to: land use approvals from the City of Union City; an owner participation agreement with Union City and its Redevelopment Agency; approval of the Remedial Design and Implementation Plan for the California Department of Toxic Substances Control; a contract with Envirocon for the remediation of the PSSC real property and an agreement with KB Home for the purchase of residential portions of the PSSC real property.”
