GG+A has been working with the City of Davis, CA over the past year to evaluate the impacts of it’s existing Affordable Housing Ordinance requirements on multi-family rental housing development feasibility in Davis.  An interim policy has been extended, which reduces the on-site affordable housing requirement from 35% to 15%, while other related exemptions and further modifications are up for consideration.
