$26.8 million redevelopment of downtown Mount Prospect shopping center gets OK from board

Gruen Gruen + Associates congratulates the development team on the approvals of the redevelopment agreement and financial incentives. GG+A acted as the developer’s real estate economist and demonstrated the need for the incentives to bridge a feasibility gap. The incentives were the most the Village has offered for a downtown redevelopment.
